Glen is an accomplished leader with an impressive track record in driving business growth. He spent many years operating at the C-Suite level in a variety of global advertising agencies and marketing companies.
He is an expert in business, brand, marketing, and communications strategy with a passion for navigating complex challenges - particularly those now confronting the independent school sector.
Glen is committed to helping schools create the meaningful differentiation necessary to compete.

Project Management
Christopher Barends
Christopher and Glen have worked together for many years in different guises for several multi-mational advertising agencies and marketing businesses.
Christopher is an accomplished project manager with an exceptional eye for detail and a gift for spotting dependencies long before they can rear up to derail anything. ​

He is entirely at ease with most project management software and adept at keeping all the wheels on any project he is involved with.

Videographer / Photographer
Daniel Parker
Daniel is a highly experienced videographer & photographer who has a passion for everything film or camera related.
He has been working with schools for several years to create films and video content for their websites and social media platforms. His expertise extends to all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and post-production.
His natural gift for putting subjects at ease, especially children, produces wonderfully natural feeling footage.

Senior Designer
Casa Hamid
Over the last twenty years Casa has worked as a senior designer and managed design teams for a variety of topflight advertising agencies in London, New York, Paris and Sydney.
He has overseen design and typography for brands as diverse as Alfa Romeo, Paul Smith, Formula 1, Sky Sports, Canon, Kit Kat and Ovo Energy.
He brings his expert eye to bear on everything we produce at Coolmore and you’ll always see the difference he creates in our work.

Educational Consultant
Tara Pandey
Tara has worked in the independent sector for almost seventeen years. Initially as a Head of Art and for the last several years as a Senior Leadership Team member and Assistant Head at a Surrey Prep School.

She is a DSL, Head of Pastoral Care and responsible for introducing a series of well-received & innovative well-being programmes.
​
She is also very familiar with schools like Tormead, Seaford College, Frensham Heights & Hurtwood House through her children.

Media Director / Strategist
Steve Pople
Steve is a hugely experienced Board Director with over sixteen years senior leadership experience in top global media organisations.
He and Glen know each other well having worked together at several different agencies and client companies. For six years, Steve ran the $300m+ media business for Hyundai/Kia with Glen as his client.
Steve brings an invaluable depth of experience in the digital and social media marketing landscape to Coolmore client business.
